Beach Crab
Hello,
My husband and I will be relocating and are currently looking at the entire 30A Stretch.
We are a small family in need of a lot of space. We have an 8 year old daughter and a 78 year old Aunt and we need to pay close attention to their needs.
We would like to find a home with at least 4 bedrooms, and 3 + bathrooms. We would prefer a newer home, but would consider an older updated home. We would love to be as near as possible to the beach.
We have three dogs, and two cats. All of our animals are crate trained, housebroken, spayed and neutered and very loveable. We WILL NOT consider a home that is not completely pet-friendly. Our animals are our children and they will not be sacrificed. They are indoor only pets.
We would ideally like a fenced in yard, but are not opposed to installing a fence ourselves.
We love the idea of three level living, but stairs may present a problem. An elevator may be necessary.
We have exceptional references as we are home owners and this will the first rental we will have lived in.
We can rent as soon as necessary as we need to be in our new home before school starts. Target date would be no later than August 15, 2009.
