Hi! I saw your post and am considering getting a roomate. I have a 3 bdrm house in Blue Mountain Beach. You would have access to the house and kitchen of course. I also have a quaint little patio out back. I do have 3 cats and a dog (6 lbs), but all are friendly. Rent would be less than I pay all inclusive $500 Id interested please call me. There is a house on N Lake Drive on Eastern Lake that you may want to consider. It is being managed by Southern Comfort. It has a downstairs garage and utility room. Upstairs living room overlooks Eastern Lake with deck and dock on lake. There are 2 small bedrooms. Pets welcome

I have a condo in Seagrove Beach at the Beachside Villas. It is a ground floor unit 2BR 2BA. The complex has 2 pools, 2 tennis courts, and boardwalk access to the beach. It is about 150 yards from the beach. The rent is $1100 per month with utilities included. It is currently for sale so you would have to be flexible and willing to allow others to rent.
