Beach Lover
We are looking for a long term rental and are not having much luck. I am wondering if due to the economy someone has a vacation rental that they would like to rent long term for some peace of mind.
We are looking for 12 month lease and up to $1800 month not including utilities. We would like 4 bedrooms, but could do 3 if there was an area to set up an office. We want to stay on 30-A and need a dog friendly place. We would also love to be within walking distance to the beach and have either a private pool (which we would be able to take care of) or a community pool. We are handy, so can do a lot of maintenance, upkeep and small projects.
