I am looking for one roommate to share a 3 bedroom townhouse with me for a year in a fantastic area minutes from 30A starting June. I would ideally like to use 2/3 bedrooms for myself and would pay a majority of the rent, you would be left with $1,675/ month + splitting utilities.
