Wanted looking for a roommate in next 2 months approx

[Beachready]

I am considering moving back to 30A area/PCB/Laguna Beach soon but want to save $ and return to school so I am looking for a responsible and considerate roommate so we can afford a nice place to rent since rent is so high. I have 2 old dogs, one of which doesn't get along with other dogs but loves people so no other pets please. I am olderish but responsible and fun. Serious inquiries only.
