This is a fantastic opportunity to purchase a NEVER RENTED unit in the highly desirable Redfish Village - at an unbeatable price! Redfish Village is located in Blue Mountain Beach, and features beautiful, well-appointed condominiums that are ideal as a second home, a vacation property, or a year-round residence. This intimate village community was specifically designed to connect residents with nature, and features scenic trails and wooden boardwalks through the dunes and beside the lake. This extra spacious three-bedroom w/double bunks unit (yes - DOUBLE bunks!) can sleep up to 12 and is an impressive 1685 square feet. The unit features hardwood floors, granite countertops, Viking and Jenn Air appliances, and an assigned covered parking space. The unit is beautifully finished and in impeccable condition as it has only ever been enjoyed for personal family use, never been rented. Redfish Village amenities include an owners only private access to the white sand beaches, private owner's lounge with a sunlit reading room, dazzling pool area, media/theater room, fully-stocked library and children's play garden. There are also several merchants on-site offering a variety of convenient services.

*Identical units at Redfish Village sold for 1.4 million during the peak market period.

I always get a little confused when a property is marketed as an “investment property”. Is there a rental dollar amount a buyer should expect at the end of each year? Is that amount above or below what other condos would bring in, like Adagio for example?

Why are references made to what properties sold for at the peak of the market? How does that have any relevance to what the value of something is today?

I believe Redfish Village is a stunning condominium complex. Over time I am sure the building will fill up with owners who see the value of that beautiful building.
