My family and I are new to the area, and we're looking for a nice long-term rental property: 3+ bedrooms, in the Bay Elementary School District, $1,300 - $2,000/month price range. We are two parents, two girls ages 8 and 10, and one small (20-pound) exceedingly well behaved dog. We're non-smokers and very, very responsible. We appreciate any leads.
