I?m looking for a long term rental on 30a (ideally the East end but doesn?t have to be). A carriage house in Rosemary or a studio apartment. Or even something in Inlet Beach. Since I?m looking to downsize from the condo I'm in now I'm looking for the ideal situation- someone who needs to a responsible renter who will take very good care of their place for a really reasonable long term lease. I'm a young professional with great references on 30a.
