Looking for a furnished rental / carriage house / or condo (ideally near east end of 30A) from last week of August through at least the 18th of November or at least as much of that timespan as possible. Very flexible. Very Reliable. Looking for just one person or couple. No pets. No smoking. Might be interested in renting longer? Don't need it in the summer though, so if long-term you could still rent out weekly in the summer
