With the market being the way it is I was hoping to get lucky? To get right down to business $300k or less???
I believe most "lease to own" contracts have buy out prices set at the time of the contract signing. Please be careful with this Indie, prices are going to continue to decline. An alternative would be to simply rent for a rate that insures you have excess capital you can commit to a savings account. Three years from now when the market is much lower you can use that as a down payment on your new home.
