I would also like to find a roomate to relocate from New Orleans. With a roomate we could have a bigger and nicer place. I do have a 6 lb. dog and 3 cats. I have not had much of a problem renting with them so far. I'm not sure how you feel about animals. I'm 52, single and own my own home and another rental property here that I will be renting out or selling (depending on the market). I am anxious to move, it is such a relaxing area to live. I just spent 30 days at Magnolia Cottages and it was just so relaxing and now I'm back home and ready to leave again. I have to get things settled up with my house first.
