I'm fresh out of a 3.5 yr relationship and all the furniture was hers so I don't have much yet. I'm centrally located to pretty much anything you want to do in the area. No children, please. I will consider pets. I play guitar in an aspiring cover band, so I will be playing, but I will respectful well as accommodating to you. I looking for a move in ASAP when I find the right person.
