geo how was your painter? did he do for $25 hr?you do like me. i control the price upfront as if you ask them for price they'll gouge you. i got gauged from a worker a person on the board gave me for some small jobs. geo do you know any good handymen that do little maintaince jobs as i have a rental on 30-a? i need someone honest not out to kill me.thanks you can send to my private bo on here
