Looking for SoWal LTR from Sandestin to Seagrove

Looking for long-term (12 month) lease for condo, townhome or house anywhere from Sandestin area to Seagrove. It can be furnished or unfurnished, but preferably unfurnished.

Urgent - I'll need the home from early to mid April.

I am 47, single, a neat freak with no pets, non-smoker, a Christian male currently studying to be a faith based counselor/life-coach.

I will (hopefully) start construction on my new house sometime later this year, therefore, I'm thinking 12 -24 months.

I'd like to keep the rent under $ 800-900/month, if possible....but it could vary depending on the home/condo/townhome location and condition - of course.

I love to fish, so anything on the bay, canal or near the gulf would be great. Anything with access to a boat dock and/or boat lift would be super-great. Thanks a lot!!!

You sound like a dream tenant....wish I had something to rent!!! There are lots of places to rent and your timing is good. Log on to www.thewaltonsun.com , it's a free local paper and go to the ad's. Good luck and Welcome.
