I have a 1 bdr/1ba available in Beachwood Villas that I would be willing to rent long term. It is fully furnished and the kitchen is fully equipped. How long of a contract are you looking for? The rate would be $950/month + utilities. The utilities consist of just phone 29.95 with the basic service I have right now & then the power bill. The power bill generally runs between $60-80/month in the winter. How soon would you want to rent. If you are interested let me know and I can send you pictures and talk about more details.
