Hi! I am looking to rent a 1 bedroom place. I would like a studio or a guest house/garage apartment. Not wanting to spend more than an overall cost of 600/month including basic utilities, but am open to suggestions. As far as location, I would love to be near 30A anywhere from SRB to Seagrove.
