I'm moving into a 4br/4bath this week w/ a roomie and we are in the market for a 3rd person to take the first floor room/suite. Its a huge room w/ good closets & its own good sized bathroom connected to the room. Its on the same floor as the Washer & Dryer. $400 deposit-$400/month in rent plus utilities.
