Looking to relocate to area...

I am looking to relocate to the area pending jobs, etc. I was just wondering if anyone could tell me what I could expect as far as renting apartments or even buying a house in a decent location. My girlfriend and I are 25 years old and have been together a year so we are looking to move our lives to the next step and I've always dreamed about living in SOWAL and she has joined me in my dream! So I'm just curious about the living prices we could expect...I would appreciate any help at all!

What is your price range and requirements?

Price range for renting would be under 1000.00 / month and we would need anywhere from 1 -3 BR house or condo or apt...and if we were to buy a house...I would say under 200,000 as well as payments per month of under 1100 per month....
