I am currently seeking to rent a home/ apartment in or around the santa rosa beach area on 30A. I have been on 30A around 4 years now. I need something for 1200$ a month (or less) with utilities included and all. I will be needing to move in March 1st. Electric or cable is not included but it is an interior unit and the electric runs low.
