At the conclusion of the “Beach Issues” workshop held on March 16, 2016, after much public testimony was heard regarding obstructions on the beach, the BCC directed staff to draft an amendment to the Walton County Code of Ordinances which would prohibit obstructions on the beach.

This amendment to Chapter 22 would accomplish that goal.

DRAFT Ordinance will be posted once the final version is available.
