LOST Cell Phone

Hello...I lost a Motorola cell phone along with a credit card, driver's license, and a small amount of cash. This occurred in the ladies restroom at Ed Walline Park on Friday, August 7, 2009. Thank you SO much for your help! Unfortunately we are back home and I have no way to contact a lifeguard. Could you elaborate on what the TDC is? Thank you again!!
