Yep.....eclectic.....

I had chimed in a few months ago, about the Pines of BMB. Finally had a chance to depart cold Colorado about two weeks ago, and to do my favorite drive along 30-A and check out the Pines. In some of the SoWal earlier postings, the Pines was considered to be "eclectic".

Yep. It certainly that-electic..... Interesting (ahem) diversity in architectures and construction.

Are not the streets in the Pines county (or city) maintained? Anyone know if they have an active HOA to oversee such stuff, if the county does not?
