Can anyone recommend what lenders to talk to for a good deal on lot loans right now for the 30A area?

What kind of LTV's are banks lending on right now?
 
I don't really want to quote the banks LTV, call Compass Bank in Destin and ask for Dean Carrier. Good luck.
