That's a tough one. I don't know of any banks doing lot lones. Alternatives could be a home equity line of credit or a personal loan. Best of luck!Anyone have any advice on where to get a lot loan? Looking to buy just the Lot but not build just yet so construction perm loan won’t work. Thanks!
