aHave been reading SoWal for a long time but never posted before. I live in North Walton County and have done so for a number of years. I tend to see the glass half full and often wonder why so many people are unhappy with Walton County. I think it is a great place. Not perfect but much better than surrounding areas.

I agree. Was out on the beach at sunset the other night ... looked to the east and saw all those lights at PCB. Looked to the west and saw Destin. Felt smug.

I grew up near a beach dotted with high rises and didn't like them even when I was little. SoWal is always a treat.
