I currently live in Sandestin. My assistant is currently staying with me at this home, and I am thinking about giving her the home and moving to 30A where our office is. I have been watching Trulia and really don't see too much for lease. Curious if anyone is familiar with a home that is or might be coming available around Nov. range.
Would like to stay under 3K, need a pool, fenced yard, and at least a 2 car garage.
