I am a semi-retired consulting engineer seeking a one year rental house to live in while I build my retirement home in your lovely area. I'd like to suggest that I may be your perfect renter, since I live alone, don't smoke, don't have pets, I'm not transient, I am a professional, and I am handy enough that you would not be bothered by minor issues. In other words, I am "low maintenance." You house will be returned in excellent condition.
I seek a house with a minimum of 2 bedrooms ( more is OK) and a 2 car garage, starting anytime between now and September 1.
