Beach Lover
We are at Leeward at Eastern Lake ... we have not had TV, Internet or telephone since 5 AM ... rental company says it is an 'outage' ... is anyone else experiencing this?
 
Our neighborhood has been out for two days.... We have contacted mediacom but they can't give us a repair date yet. Typical mediacom.....
 
This brings up an interesting question. Who do we contact to change to another provider? At one time it was the BCC who was responsible for the area contract but that is no longer the case. We have telephone, internet and TV but are tied in to a contract for our whole condominilum unit as well. I tried recently to work with Mediacom for improved service for the whole complex and it turned out to be a disaster. Their customer service representative was totally unresponsive. Any suggestions on how we could do away with this monopoly would be appreciated.
 
I heard awhile back Knology would provide service if a development gives them a contract for all homes. Not sure if that includes anywhere in SoWal.
