since dropping to this price last week realtors have shown the property every day but still no offer??? but at least there are people out there looking...

Realtor called tonight and we have an offer being presented in the next day or two. Lets hope the bank will accept a short sale. Will keep you posted...

Some info for people thinking about going into foreclosure. Foreclosure will cost you 200 plus points and a Short Sale will cost you 80 plus points on your credit score...

I wish nobody has to experience this but I know of several people in some stage of this aweful situation.

Short Sale is the best resolution if you cannot afford to keep your Real Estate!!!!!!

Josh - we did receive a very low, low, low offer last Wednesday so my agent has submitted to the bank and we are waiting to hear their counter offer IF ANY...

The good news is the house is being showed almost every day at $274,500
