This is it sowal fans. My last week here. Don't be sad...I'm not, because I am kayaking on the River DeNile!!!

So, here's the deal. How about y'all start suggesting things I should do my last days here...other than starting the job of closing up. I would like to go kayaking again, but need a partner. Mr. K must love me, because he agreed a solo trip might not be a good idea!!! I have some funn plans today....meeting josebby and thompsebby this afternoon. Have funn dinner plans tomorrow night.

What else????

Well, I'll be down Friday night and Sunday we are having a big party because steeleing2 is graduating from FSU. Will you be there Sunday night? Come on stay for the party. We will be at the Pink House 5-9. Covered dish and BYOBOW. Anyone down can come join us! Borago is closing for the celebration.

I dunno about that, BR. Kitty was carrying on a conversation with me when she tipped her kayak into the lake!!

On a side note, biking can be very sociable--Seaside is where I learned to bike with a gin and tonic in hand--biking, talking, and sipping at the same time! That's the best multi-tasking I ever did. ;-)

I'm impressed with your multi-tasling skills. But, honey, if you can bike, talk, and drink at the same time, that's not biking - that's using your bike as a stool!

Well, now Miss Kitty - we can't let you and Good Golly Miss Molly go back without her "beach portrait". You need to work on making her smile so we can see those pearlie "straight and whites". Besides that, I have another photographer coming to "shoot" Molly with me. So, we must work this in before you go back to the big city!!!

steelemama....we are leaving either Sat or Sun. Sorry to miss the big celebration for steeleing2 and the family! I'll keep in touch about our plans.

Great ideas!! I have parked it on the beach and will do it again tomorrow. Mermy...I have ridden my bike through the neighborhood (well, some of it), but promise to ride past Seaside this week!

MKH...I am hoping to go to Borago tomorrow night (one of my top two!). Go...you will not be disappointed! Stalking sounds like funn!

Go shopping at Banana Barts in Destin. Anyone ever been there? It is the funkiest place in the area to shop. Some REALLY great gifts, souvenirs, jewelry, clothes, home deco., kitschy stuff. I always have to stop in everytime I'm there. I bring back many treasures, and its not your average "Alvins" stuff.

I'm not trying to stalk you, but what are your funn plans for dinner tomorrow night? The reason I'm asking is my trip to Sowal is next month, and I'm already trying to figure out where to go for dinner the last night, to have some big funn on my last night!

Most of my favorite things at Sowal involve drinking in public as well as private, and sitting my butt in a chair on the beach, under an umbrella. Your liver has its limits and I understand, but how much time have you parked it on the beach?[/QUOTE
