i don't own a single pair of matching bra and panties .... my sis when she was younger wouldn't wear a bra and panties that didn't match. she changed her tune when she had to start buying her own clothes.

I normally don't wear either (unless I'm at church -- it just seems sacrilegious) -- don't like the lines, and it's just more comfortable.

Sometimes this can be embarrassing. Once when we were dining in Barcelona, I noticed something hard in the piece of cake that I was eating for dessert. I decided not to swallow it. It turned out to be a large, open staple! I showed it to those dining with us, and Beach Jacket said that she had swallowed at least one because she thought it was a nut.

Since it was an open staple, we decided that wouldn't be too good for her digestive tract, so our driver rushed us to the hospital recommended by our host. BJ, Mr. BR, and I were in the room in the ER when the doctor asked her to undress down to her underwear and change into a hospital gown. I don't know Spanish, but she does and flipped out -- she didn't want do this with any of us there because she had on no underwear.
