Later works by Mose T were often painted by his kids, are these earlier examples of his work?

Anyway to identify a true original?

I can pretty much tell. They are surely not the pretty ones. He was very old so you have to look at the lines. Moses hand has been shaky for 20 years. His works had alot of splatter and very raw. You gotta use alot of gut instinct.

I use to live in Montgomery. Went to see Mose often. I have many items painted on by him that are not boards. Like a get-tar , buckets, a hat. Sorry to see him pass. He was a cheerful fellow.
