Not sure of the intent here Cabana but everyone on the board knows that there are motivated sellers along 30A and should check with a realtor to find such sellers. If everyone wanting to sell at this point posted their property, I would think that there would be a lot of posts here and I would think that Kurt should give input if this is something that he wants on the board.

Kurt is fine with posting properties for sale on this board. He encourages it. Maybe we need an www.auctions.SoWal.com site -- absolute auctions only and the seller cannot bid. I have plenty of buyers, but they have not seen the blood yet, nothing a band-aid cannot fix. :funn:

My guess based on context is that cabana bum left out a word. I think he meant to say he is not a seller or agent. I seem to remember he was interested in hi n dry's property awhile back.
