I just found the pair of Italian underwear poor Mr. K had to buy when his luggage was lost in Milan! It was a hoot! He went to the Dept. store the hotel directed him to and all he could find were extremely tight tighty whities!!!! The man on the box is quite endowed. Luckily his luggage arrived before he had to try them on and he was too embarrassed to return them! All my friends got to see them though...but not on Mr. K!!!! I just put them in the Goodwill bag!

Panty thread reminded me of when we first got our computer, and how naive I was to the cyberworld. My daughter was doing a scene from the play "Annie" and I was trying to find a good photo to make a sign. Typed in "annie the play" and the first site was "annie's used panties" They sold used panties....why? There are some real weirdos in the world. It amazes me how something so innocent can become so gross.

Is it tourist friendly?

The town is lovely -- just google "Barga" and see what comes up. It's near Pisa, Florence and Lucca. It is tourist friendly, but most people don't know about it unless they hear about it word of mouth because it's not in many tour books (except some off-the-beaten-trail tourbooks). The tourists tend to be Scots or people from the U.S. who have relatives there. It's a thriving town in the summers because of the many festivals and everyone gathers outside. We're going there this summer and I'm sure the panty paintings will be everywhere and I'll definitely look for the posters!
