My new obsession is The Food Network. My old obsessions (CNN and The Weather Channel) drive me crazy because all they talk about is hurricanes - makes me SOOOOO nervous!

I did an "Everyday Italian" dinner tonight (http://www.foodnetwork.com/food/recipes/recipe/0,1977,FOOD_9936_33818,00.html ) and it was AWESOMELY good.

BR, I've been addicted to the Food Network for quite some time, which is why I have to start eating healthy again---too many Emeril and Paula Deen recipes!

Tonight at home in GA we grilled chicken and veggies on the same All-Clad grill pan that Giada uses on EI. It was awesome and healthy! And the grill pan was a free gift from Williams-Sonoma because we bought an All-Clad Griddle and an All-Clad Pasta Pentola. All the better!

So, should we change out our electric smooth-top electric cooktop for our rental guests in FL? Or do you think they'd blow our house up out of gas ignorance (as I was a year ago)? We had the contractor make the connections for an easy conversion to gas when we decided to stop renting. But with taxes and insurance escalating, you know what I'm sayin' ...
