Did it have Charlie Brown cut-outs on the porch?

It was the blue cabin on the corner of "A Street" and 30A.

Not a worry in the world, a cold beer in my hand
Life is good today. Life is good today."

Hope you are having a wonderful time. We sure are despite the weather.

So after a night with some wonderful SoWal peeps we came back to the condo's and played Guitar Hero until the wee hours of the morning. Off to bed to get some sleep because some of us were going to do the WalCo Eco Tour with our tour guide Murray.

We had a blast even though in poured and gushed rain on us. The kids really enjoyed it. We kayaked Western Lake and made our way over to the dunes at Grayton Beach. The hike in the dune trail was very educational. We learned about the dunes and the native vegetation that grows there. Thank you Murray a wonderful time. I would recommend everyone doing this while they are here. It is 2 hours and well worth the time spent.

When we got back to the condo it was still pouring rain. After getting dried off and warm I decided to take a nap. It turned into a 2 1/2 hour sleep a thon, but it sure felt good. I am not as young as I used to be and all the funn we have had caught up with me.

The surf was incredible today and double red flags kept us out of the water. It didn't seem to stop some people though and a couple of kids got caught in a riptide and Pat one of our group who used to be a lifeguard swam out and rescued one teenage girl. I called 911 because there was someone else out that he could not get to. Another lifeguard showed up about the time the rescue teams did. They were about to pull him to safety. Thank goodness. It scared me to death. I don't know why people do not heed the read flags. It makes no sense to me.

After going and visiting with Jfunn for a few minutes this evening we called in a to go order from Seagrove Village Market. The my oysters and shrimp hit the spot. YUMMY!

Tonight we are just chilling. Hoping that our last day tomorrow we will be able to hit the beach.

We love going to the wine tasting at Wild Olives every Friday from 4-6pm. If you go ask Chef Chris if Ronna is there. It is so fun!
