I gotta admit that after the fact it's pretty funny, the idea of my father combing the golf course for all the balls shaken loose. He likes to share them with his friends. My mother commented that Dad can be "Lord Bountiful" for quite some time now. :funn:

All your good thoughts paid off because the two of them are fine. I told my mother that angels surely protect the fools of this world. She just laughed.

My father spent the afternoon after Wilma cleared out on the golf course behind their condo. No, not playing, but collecting the golf balls that Wilma had dislodged from the bark and branches of the palm trees.

SO glad to hear they're safe and sound, Mermaid! And I love that story about your dad, so cute.

But it looks just like my Mick, doesn't it? Created by my daughter using the polygon tool in CorelDraw, capturing the unfortunate fact that Mick's face is cratered with wrinkles. Better than dead. And he can still run around on stage like a 20-year-old kid.
