my last trip was to telluride for the ah haa art auction. always a good time and the school's main money raiser. i'm the production manager for the event, so i get to build, run, and strike the show. i think we raised around 140,000 for the school. good for them, because the subsidize all classes, and they can afford new stuff, and salaries. our theme this year was 'road trip' complete with a remake movie of thelma and louise. more pics here

glad you liked them. the pic you mentioned was taken from emil's deck out in ophir. ophir's about 1050 feet higher than telluride and has a population of 120. they are typically locked in my avalanches throughout the winter, but the road is usually cleared within a day. there seem to be as many dogs as people up there.

thanks. there's actually two sowal stickers affixed to telluride. the other one's visible in there also.
