There are very expensive homes there also. The people we rent from own and stay in their other place down there during the winter. They were trying to sell it one time and it is on a road that alot of places are beachfront but their place is not, it is across the road and they were asking $325,000.00 for it. Needless to say they didn't sell it and remodeled it and added on and kept it. But they have a rental unit they own directly beach front across the street. Cannot image what it costs. And the other beach homes right around there look like three story homes, very nice, on the beach, with swimming pools. Cannot imagine what they rent for per week!

We stay at Inlet Beach but do everything in PC Beach doesn't mean this person lives there. It is obvious that this person just vacations there with hubby! People need to get their "panties" out of a wad! What does it matter that this person makes a not their idea of fun comment! No big deal!

Uh calm down, I was just making a light joke. Having recently graduated from college, I alluded to some of the things that go on there when Spring Break events roll around.
