What's Your Idea for a TV Series Title ?
A real cash cow!
I think I've figured out a way
for Walton County commissioners
to generate the required revenue
to pay for our new bridge. It's
a new reality television series
that wood chronicle the day-today
shenanigans of the County
Commission.
Think of it. Neither the
Kardashian tramps nor the
Jersey Shore gang can hold a
candle to our own cast of political
hucksters. We'll give them names
like •"Boat-ramp Brannon" and
"Surtax Sara" and "the Waste
Manager." Every week, viewers
would be treated to our latest
scandal (we've always got one).
I know it would make us the
Laughing stock of the entire nation,
but think of the cash we'd have at
our disposal! The Fab Five would
become national celebrities and
tourists would flock to Walton
County for autograph signings.
We could sell T-shirts that say
"My Parents Vacationed in Walton
County and All I Got Was This
Stupid Tax!"
I'm telling you, this thing could
be a real cash cow!
If we must continue sailing
with this ship of fools, we might
as well figure out a way to profit
off them. Isn't that what they've •
been doing to us? We might even
figure out a way to put a surtax on
our show.
Now all we need is a name for
the show. How about "Tax Men"
or "The Wizards of Walton"?
