Natonal Tourism Week and the TDC

[BeachSiO2]

I received this today from Tracy Louthain, Director of Public Relations and Visitor Services for the TDC..

Today is the finale of National Tourism Week and we're hosting "Visitor and Resident Appreciation Day." We'd love for the community to stop by, see the winning student art work and meet our staff and volunteers.

Great art work. Wish we had heard more about this earlier...sometimes not having a daily paper/local radio makes getting the word out hard.

Tracy: can you post to Sowal?

I saw a sign on the side of the road this afternoon, in front of the TDC, announcing Appreciation Day. I looked in the parking lot and didn't see any extra cars. Good suggestion, goodwitch58. If they are going to have a "finale," make it special and make it known.
