My husband has just accepted a job offer down in Santa Rosa Beach. We need to decide on a rental as soon as possible. We are moving from IL. We need a 4bed home with a rental budget of $1800-$2000/month. We are looking to sign a 1yr-possibly 2yr lease. Please let us know if you have a rental available! We are ready to deposit as soon as we can and plan on moving in January 1st at the latest.
