Need Long Term rental house Jan 1st

I need someone to take over the last 3 months of my lease and I'm willing to help pay some of the rent/deposit. I moved out of state for a job opportunity. You will have to sign a 1-year lease upon move in. Are you familiar with Jackson's Run off Mack Bayou Rd behind Sacred Heart Hospital? It is a 1br/1ba, 700+ sqft cottage style duplex. I loved living there (pets are allowed, there is a pool and a fitness center) and it's very quiet but feels like home. If you need more details or are interested, please let me know.
