Hello....I am currently in a 3/2 in Seagrove and the owners decided to offer as a vacation rental. I need to find a new place within the next week. I'm looking for anything from a room to rent, studio, house to share or up to a 3BR/2bth....Where I am now I'm paying $975 for a 3/2 which includes utilities, cable and Internet...... I have to be out of my place by the end of the day March 7th.....
I'm a 45 year old professional male. I am in the business of doing Search Engine Marketing, Search Engine Optimization as well as web development. I currently work for a real estate company in Miramar Beach that does property development, sales and markets vacation rentals. I'd be willing to consider trade out for part of the rent. If you have any web development/marketing needs or are a developer and/or have multiple vacation rentals and/or properties for sale, please contact me if you need help marketing your properties and/or developing websites in exchange for discounted rent.....
