Beautiful bay view lot ( no building possible between you and the water) in Bay Harbor neighborhood, west of Freeport. Gated community, tennis courts, common pier, storage lot for boats. Very nice houses there already. My lot requires 1800 sq. ft. Covenants are not too restrictive as far as the style of homes. Bobby J has it listed, asking 49,900. I paid 100,00 before the BOOM. I just can't afford to hang on to it, my bad. Make an offer.
