Need vacation rental next week... starting this Sunday

[Teresa]

this is a note from Mr. CJ that I am posting at his request...

My sister will be in town next week with her husband and 16 month old boy to conduct her Reserve Duty Training at Eglin. Her husband just returned last week from a one year stint in Iraq, so I was hoping to arrange accommodations more suitable than the Holiday Inn for a much needed vacation. Is there anyone in the Sowal community that would provide a good deal on a vacation rental next week? This is her husband's first visit to the area, so he wanted to stay in South Walton. They would need the rental this coming Sunday to Friday or Saturday of next week....Thanks for your help.... Phillip.

note: please post anything you know about here, or PM me and I'll put you in touch with phillip. thanks.

Hello,
I have a 1br/1ba unit at Beachwood Villas. It is very nice and updated. Check it out on VRBO it is # 41298. Here is the link for you. You can check out my feedback on VRBO too, it is good. If you are interesed send me an email through VRBO. I check my email more often than I do this message board. I have more pics I can send you too if you are intersted.

I'll give a discount since it is last minute. The rate including cleaning fees and taxes would be 400 for the week.

Hi,
Thank you for your quick response. I've replied to your email on your website and we would like to rent your place. I only need it for 3 nights and four days. Will that be a problem? Also, I would like for someone to give me a call. I listed my phone numbers on your other page.

Thank you,
Leigh
