Robin Klag is VERY good for makeup, but I don't know if she does hair as well - http://www.robinklagmakeupartist.com/
Teryn Tucker at Indulgence salon does both, but they generally want you to come to the Salon - http://www.indulgencepcb.com/
Renee Armour with Two Fishes Artistry is fabulous and does on location - http://www.twofishesartistry.com/
Yvette Nation doesn't have a website but you can e-mail her at pynation {at} knology.net
Hope that helps!
