- A property that either has the space for an office and also has some property where materials could be stored and transported to a remote jobsite in Seaside.
- Really likes the property/warehouse that used to house Stucco John on Highway 98.
- If he can not find a building he would like to find a lot that he could bring in his own office trailer and a tool trailer, a fenced in lot would preferable.
- Lease for 18-24 months.
