Needed :Long Term rental for two adults and one toddler

Hi there, we are looking for a long term rental (1+ years) for the family. I would like to see utilities included in the price of the rent. Any leads would be greatly appreciated.

Hey you!! We just got back from gramma and grandpas last night and they are soooo excited to be your very first tenants. It's just right around the corner!! I can't wait. They are looking for some relief from the cold weather. The rental in question does not have to be close to the beach, but it is fine if it is.

Child table with child stools for activities. New construction with new furnishings including original artwork. Approx 700 sq feet. Large walk in closet and nice size bathroom. Unique floor plan, space was maximized for efficiency. Lots of storage in this unit. Rent includes tram service to and from beach, access to 2 pools , ampitheatre on site with concerts, bbq grills and great trails for walking, biking. I think you need to check the prices you are posting on your units, this is the 3rd different price I've noticed for what I think is the same place.
