I have two neighbors who are renting their homes in Magnolia Creek off 393N.
1. One is a 3 bedroom with a bonus room- large fenced backyard, upgraded features, screened in porch, very clean- $1450
2. The other is a 4 bedroom + an office- large yard with screened in porch ( I have never been inside).- $1500

It is a modest neighborhood with a lot of children. Cul de sacs and gated.
